The Job

As an HR Generalist (HRG) you will be responsible for managing a wide range of human resources activities, including administrative work, recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. You will be acting as a key point of contact for employees and help foster a positive work environment, ensuring that the organization’s policies and procedures are effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and administer HR procedures and processes in all internal platforms and tools.

  • Provide information and consultancy to employees about employee relations, HR activities, benefits, etc.

  • Create and maintain accurate employee records in the HR Systems and database.

  • Administer different employment-related documents (contracts, annexes, orders, etc.)

  • Provide benefits administration services.

  • Support delivery of effective employee onboarding process aiming to ensure a smooth and efficient employee induction and orientation.

  • Collaborate and take responsibility for the smooth and timely running of HR operations and building effective work relationships.

  • Support and participate in team initiatives related to internal communication and organization.

  • Monitor and apply the provisions of the applicable labor and social security legislation.

  • Review applications and handle initial interviews with candidates via video calls or emails.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or similar.

  • Basic administrative experience or an HR Generalist will be a plus.

  • Experience in ATS, such as Ashby and BambooHR will be a plus.

  • A team player with the ability to multitask and support different projects.

  • Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.

  • Well-organized person with attention to detail.

  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in English.

The salary range provided for this position is an estimated guideline from a salary database. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, variable pay, and employee benefits. We consider a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, training, and skill sets; market conditions; and internal equity. Compensation ranges may also vary based on location.
