Reporting to the VP of Product Management, the Implementation Manager will play a crucial role in driving the onboarding and deployment process for new customers while supporting solution upgrades for existing ones. This position requires a blend of technical skills, project management, and client-facing communication, with a strong focus on solution engineering. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—product, sales, and customer success—to ensure each client’s unique needs are addressed.
Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery of Lucra’s SDK.
Coordinate upsell product implementations, working with existing clients to identify new opportunities for value creation and enhanced engagement.
Own client account configuration in Lucra’s backend systems, ensuring a seamless experience for both the client and their end users.
Act as a solution engineer, working with clients to tailor our SDK to their specific business needs and providing technical guidance throughout the integration process.
Collaborate with the product team to gather client feedback and influence the development of future features and solutions.
Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans and other documentation, including timelines, resource allocation, and helpful how-to guides.
Facilitate technical conversations between clients and Lucra’s internal development teams to resolve any integration issues.
Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention.
Assist with post-implementation support and training to ensure clients are fully equipped to maximize the value of Lucra’s offerings.
3+ years of experience in implementation management, solutions engineering, or a similar client-facing technical role.
Strong project management skills with experience in handling multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to work with APIs, SDKs, and enterprise-level software integrations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Experience working in a SaaS or B2B technology environment, ideally with experience in loyalty programs, community engagement, or gamified products.
Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with programming languages and development processes is a plus.
