Lugano Diamonds is looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to support strategic decision-making and ensure financial health and growth.

Skills

Financial planning and analysis experience in retail
Strong analytical skills with precise forecasting abilities
Expert proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI
Resourcefulness in adapting to evolving environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

Develop annual and multi-year budget and forecast models
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for detailed financial models and variance analyses
Analyze financial performance and identify key drivers for improvement
Create financial reports and conduct ad-hoc analysis
Assist in board presentations and support audits
