The Role:
We are looking for a Digital Analytics & Optimization Manager. On the Digital Product team, this person will own our ecommerce conversion rate metrics across channels and own the strategy for our CRO program for both Lume and Mando. They will analyze website metrics to understand the performance of product mix, bundled products, site features, and promotions. This person is a Google Analytics power user and has expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and BI tools.
We are looking for a self-starter with a hands-on mentality and a passion for storytelling. This person will work across Lume and Mando to provide data-backed, actionable insights to our team.
Your Day to Day:
- Own conversion rate metrics for Lume and Mando, and the CRO (conversion rate optimization) program strategy.
- Own the CRO roadmap; creating & gathering test ideas from across the organization, and effectively prioritizing those ideas based on complexity & likelihood for success.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all requests around storefront key metrics, promotion performance, product mix, and e-commerce conversion.
- Proactively, monitor and analyze our e-commerce business performance through conversion rate, user activity, website metrics, and product trends.
- Support site merchandising in looking for trends in product conversions & interactions that guide product and bundle offering strategies.
- Pull weekly metrics and draw insights from Google Analytics and Looker to establish benchmarks of success and to identify opportunities for improvement to share cross-functionally.
- Build custom GA4 and Looker reports to provide deep-dive analysis into specific features, promotions, and tests.
- Provide results from promotions to inform strategic decisions that will improve conversion and deal strategies.
- Provide ad hoc insights around ongoing and future initiatives.
Who You Are:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into clear actionable insights.
- Highly familiar with LTV, CAC, ROAS, CVR, and other key business metrics.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Extreme attention to detail and the ability to independently manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Advanced skills (2+ years) in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Shopify Plus and BI Tools
- Experience with SQL and Looker are a huge plus
- Advanced skills in excel (macros, power query, pivots, etc.)
Who You’ll Work With:
- Manage a team of technical CRO professionals (currently one individual, with team expansion planned for the future)
- Report to Sr. Manager of Digital Product
- Cross-functional partners across Performance Marketing, Consumer Insights, Engineering, and Creative.
This role can be done remotely, however there may be location constraints based on where Harry's is registered and able to employ individuals. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $110,000-$130,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
