The HR Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various HR programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience, driving organizational effectiveness, and supporting strategic HR objectives. This role will collaborate closely with HR leadership, cross-functional teams, finance, and other key stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate programs that promote positive workplace benefits, and compensation and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The list that follows is not intended as a comprehensive list, but rather to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities. Incumbent(s) will be required to perform a variety of duties listed, including but not limited to:
- Collaborate with HR leadership on the development, planning, and execution of HR programs and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and priorities; develop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure successful program delivery.
- Evaluate and manage external vendors, consultants, and service providers supporting HR programs.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of base pay, variable pay, and performance management programs and strategies.
- Conduct regular compensation analysis to ensure pay equity, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
- Manage selected company benefit programs and evaluate and recommend enhancements to benefits offerings to meet the evolving needs of employees, while maintaining a competitive offering.
- Assist with the design and execution of an employee experience strategy and programs that enhance employee engagement, culture, attraction, and retention.
- Conduct surveys, focus groups, and analyze other feedback mechanisms to assess employee engagement and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with senior leaders to effectively plan and forecast future talent and organizational requirements to meet Lumin’s evolving business strategy.
- Develop communication strategies to effectively promote HR programs and educate employees on their benefits and opportunities.
- Identify training needs, develop content, and facilitate workshops or training sessions with managers and employees as needed.
- Use data analytics and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of HR strategic initiatives and generate insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and program enhancements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Seven (7) years of experience in in various HR functions, demonstrating proficiency across multiple HR disciplines including total rewards, employee experience, employee relations, talent acquisition and workforce planning required. Experience in generating HR reports, and analyzing HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making required. Experience in implementing and administering and evaluating HR programs required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- Strong understanding of compensation practices, benefits administration, and recognition programs
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools.
- Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in making decisions
- Ability to provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related policies and practices.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced, flexible environment
- Minimal travel may be required
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP), or HR-related field is a plus.
