Outside Sales Representative

Lumio is in search of a dynamic Solar Sales Specialist to amplify our presence in the renewable energy sector across the U.S. As a valued member of our team, you will leverage our sterling reputation of over 50,000 installations and a wealth of positive customer feedback to expand our market share and promote a greener future... Compensation: • Average on target earnings for first year sales reps are making between $80,000 - $150,000 with top producers making $200,000+ • Average on target earnings for second year sales reps are making between $175,000 - $250,000+ with top producers making $500,000+ • Top producers in the company making over 1 million annually. Overall Responsibilities • Engage potential customers with your charming personality • Educate potential customers about Lumio’s solar products and services • Build a network of customers by generating leads and following up on sales • Develop and implement creative sales strategies to meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets • Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product offerings and sales techniques Qualifications • Winning attitude, strives to be the best and understands what is required for that • Teachable/coachable - we have proven systems that work • Can commit to working 30+ hours per week, though we are open to discuss certain situations • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life • A track record of sales success in a door-to-door sales environment (preferred but not required) • The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent communication skills • Proficient in CRM software • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Ethical character, does the right thing The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
