This full-time, remote, global role offers competitive compensation and will report to the Director of Digital Media & Operations.

• Email Campaign Execution: Design, Build, QA, and deploy engaging email campaigns using Marketo, ensuring timely delivery and flawless execution. 
• Automation Workflow Management: Develop and manage automated email to nurture leads, onboard clients, and re-engage inactive clients. 
• Segmentation and Personalization: Utilize Marketo’s segmentation tools to identify and create specific audience segments with personalized messaging, maximizing relevance and engagement. 
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics and deliverability score, providing actionable insights to optimize account health and future campaigns to drive continuous improvement. 
• Provide regular campaign performance reports that include opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, unsubscribes, etc 
• SPAM Compliance: Ensure all email marketing campaigns comply with relevant spam laws (ie. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL) 
• Assist with marketing functions as needed 

• A.S. in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or equivalent work experience 
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. 
• 1-2 years of experience with Marketo or other large marketing automation and email service platforms (HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot) 
• Working understanding of email analytics and KPIs, for reporting as well as optimizing campaigns for efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Understanding of data security and regulatory measures that apply to consumer email marketing 
• 1-2 years of proven experience in HTML and CSS 

• Prefer 3 years of HTML Experience 
• Marketo experience preferred 
• Preferable experience in a B2B or tech startup environment 
• Salesforce experience 

• Salary: $60.000 - $65.000 a year
