Technical Corporate Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter with Luna, you will be responsible for engaging with and delivering high caliber engineering talent who will propel Luna's mission forward!  You will help the organization hire in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner, while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices and supporting hiring managers to build their teams. With ample opportunity to express creativity, we are looking for problem solvers who design methods to attract the best talent both externally and within internal systems and talent pools.  Above all, you represent Luna's brand to deliver a world class onboarding experience for our candidates and our new hires!


This position will be responsible for recruiting 5-10 positions at a time to support our Engineering and Product teams, as well as non-technical support of positions in other areas of our corporate functions, including both net new positions assigned quarterly in alignment with business needs and backfills as needed.  This position will have a dotted line reporting structure to the Head of Engineering.



How you will have an impact
  • Recruit and hire qualified candidates for up to 5-7 backend, frontend, site reliability, product designer, product manager positions engineering and product positions, meeting quarterly goals and pipeline conversions
  • Support full-cycle recruitment for other business areas up to 5-10 (Clinical, Sales, Concierge/Call Center, RCM) as needed
  • Apple creative, diverse, and proactive strategies to improve pipeline conversions, including how source, hiring manager, time and other variables impact those conversions and ultimately quality of hire
  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including social media, Boolean searches, and LinkedIn
  • Manage job postings and keep platforms updated
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on talent needs and processes
  • Conduct initial screenings, manage candidates, and facilitate onboarding
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency using tools like candidate assessments
  • Maintain candidate records in ATS and other systems; ensuring all hiring manager feedback is submitted and within best practice standards 
  • Closing candidates in alignment with department budgets and pay grades; processing offers and assisting with support during pre-onboarding to start date such as background checks.
  • Key Performance Indicators:  Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Pipeline conversions including but not limited to Leads-Screens, Screens-Interviews, Interviews-Offers, and Offers-Hires, Failed to Start, and/or Retention of new hires


Job Requirements
  • 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience including understand of ATSs, CRMs, and creative sourcing approaches to uncover passive talent
  • 3 years of experience in technical recruiting for engineers, developers and product positions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Detail-oriented with a self-starting drive and customer service-oriented attitude
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization to project management searches to completion
  • Ability to independently drive processes forward, track/report progress and problem solve blockers
  • Exceptional multitasking skills with a focus on purpose and priority
  • Basic proficiency in google sheets/excel strongly preferred

$80,000 - $120,000 a year
Position is commensurate with location and experience. Range includes annual bonus incentive of up $15,000 to $20,000.
