Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a Designer to create high-impact and top-converting content. You will design best-in-class email and SMS creative to fuel retention funnels of emerging direct-to-consumer brands across food & beverage, tech, apparel, and the next exciting thing out there.

Here are a few things you’ll likely find yourself doing in this role...

• Apply your skillset to a variety of brands that are entering the digital space

• Concepting new emails for clients in the DTC space

• Problem-solving using design tools and resources as needed.

• Dip your toes in brand strategy, copywriting, art/photo direction, motion graphics, and working with brand & style guides.

Here’s what you need to have...

• 2+ years of design and/or creative experience, agency experience a plus

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Strong sense of typography, color & composition

• Experience with creative branded content

• Ability to turn budding ideas into visually captivating, cohesive creative collateral

• An eager pulse and passion for the latest news in design and DTC industries including brands, trends, and developments

• Confident decision-making and communication when presenting work to internal management team and to external stakeholders

• A do-what-it-takes-to-get-it-done attitude

• A critical eye and mind that is looking for constant improvement

• Proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit

• Clear passion and excitement for personal and professional growth as both a designer and a valued member of our team
