Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI), is a leading not-for-profit organization providing healing, justice and wholeness to people and communities. LSSI is hiring a full-time Director, Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm. Provide case management & individual plan development and implementation to clients at the residential and community sites. Supervisor day to day operation of the 24 hour & Int programs. Maintain programs in regulatory compliance.

Essential Functions:  
  • Develop & monitor the implementation of each client's personal plan.  
  • Facilitate integration & coordination of all client services.  
  • Maintain programs in relevant regulatory compliance (IDPH, DHS, HBWS). Ensure that all policies, procedures and practices are followed.  
  • Schedule staff in accordance with program staffing requirements, respond to call offs or other emergencies reported by staff.  
  • Direct, train, & supervise staff in the delivery of program services.  
Position Qualifications:  
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Education, Special Education, Registered Nurse, or human service related field required.  
  • QIDP certification a MUST.
  • Valid Illinois Driver's license required. Access to a vehicle with valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage bodily Injury and property damage required.
