Senior Product Designer

Throughout the design process—from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes—you'll re-envision the art of the possibility, and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined, and even magical. The Design team is one of three pillars within our offering pairing up with Strategy, Developers, and matter experts. We care deeply about the people who create designs as much as the users who interact with them. We collaborate closely with each other and across teams to create industry-leading experiences that deliver value for our B2B/B2C business partners, resulting in lasting relationships. Responsibilities • Partner closely with other teams and peers to solve complex user problems. • Help generate feature flows, site maps, flow diagrams, and high-fidelity deliverables • Create artifacts, prototypes, and specs that enable developers to implement features efficiently. • Provide patterns, best practices, and guidance on interaction/visual design for different devices. • Gauge the usability, trustworthiness, and delightfulness for each experience. • Present and defend your designs to senior management at our clients SKILLS Must have • Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc.) or equivalent practical experience. • Experience with design systems that work across a product. • Experience designing apps for Android and iOS. • A portfolio showing experience designing web and/or mobile applications. Preferred qualifications: • Experience in designing usable, web-based interfaces for complex internal systems. • Understanding of clean visual design. • Design and Strategy focused workshops (ex: Crazy 8's, requirement gathering sessions) Nice to have N/A
