Location: Hybrid in Madrid or Barcelona

Overview: Luzia AI, the fastest-growing AI consumer company in Europe, is looking for our first dedicated Technical recruiter to join our newly founded Talent organization. 

Backed by Silicon Valley investors (Khosla Ventures, A*), Luzia aims to transform its conversational capabilities to unparalleled standards, using state-of-the-art large language models (LLMs) and alignment techniques.

With over 45 million global users in under 12 months, we are on a mission to bring Luzia, a friendly, multifunctional personal assistant, to everyone. This product is designed to organize, simplify and enrich everyday life. 

As the first Technical Recruiter at Luzia, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent. You’ll have the opportunity to create and implement recruitment strategies from scratch, work closely with our leadership team, and make a significant impact on the growth and culture of our company. This role is perfect for someone who is excited about building something new and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to interviewing, evaluating, and extending offers for technical roles 
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies tailored to the startup environment, ensuring a steady pipeline of top-tier talent.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, engage, and nurture relationships with passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, networking events, and more.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to enhance Luzia's employer brand and promote our company culture to attract top talent.
  • Interview Process Management: Develop and refine our interview processes to ensure a positive candidate experience, while effectively assessing technical and cultural fit.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices, ensuring that our team reflects a wide range of perspectives and backgrounds.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about trends in the tech recruiting landscape and provide insights to help Luzia remain competitive in attracting talent.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.


Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a startup or fast-growing tech company.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and recruitment best practices, with the ability to effectively evaluate candidates for technical proficiency
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a strong plus); ability to engage and persuade candidates.
  • Proactive: A self-starter with a hands-on approach, capable of working independently and taking initiative.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Passion for Technology: Genuine interest in technology and the startup ecosystem, with a keen eye for identifying potential in candidates.
