The Area Sales and Education Executive is responsible for providing the sales and training strategy and support in an assigned territory, as dictated by the needs of the business with an emphasis on the Sephora, Ulta and Nordstrom accounts.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 USD.

At Fresh, we are seeking an engaging and dynamic Area Sales and Education Executive for the Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee regions, based out of Atlanta, GA. In this role, you'll have a fantastic opportunity to lead sales and training strategies tailored specifically to the needs of our prestigious accounts at Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom. Your responsibilities will include achieving sales targets through strategic planning, managing budgets, and conducting in-store training sessions that embody the Fresh values. You’ll work closely with store management to ensure every display is visually captivating while also executing exciting in-store events that align with our brand initiatives. Building and maintaining strong relationships with beauty advisors and store leadership will be key, as you’ll be the driving force behind training programs for new product launches and core offerings. Plus, enjoy the flexibility of working remotely while being out and about in your territory. To succeed in this position, you should have at least three years of beauty industry experience and be a proactive communicator.
