Client Success Manager

M1, a fast-growing fintech company, is looking for a highly motivated Client Success Manager to support and grow their client base by providing a world-class client experience.

Skills

FINRA licensing (SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 or 66)
Client service experience
Strong communication skills
Analytical and solution-driven mindset
Technical proficiency with software platforms

Responsibilities

Develop in-depth knowledge of all M1 products and offerings
Respond to inbound client calls, messages, and emails professionally and promptly
Make outbound calls and messages to help clients understand M1’s products and services
Proactively identify and solve problems
Aggregate client feedback to provide actionable information to M1’s product team

Education

FINRA license (SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 or 66)
