Client Success Manager

M1, a fast-growing fintech company, is looking for a highly motivated Client Success Manager to support and grow their client base by providing a world-class client experience.

Skills

  • FINRA licensing (SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 or 66)
  • Client service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical and solution-driven mindset
  • Technical proficiency with software platforms

Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all M1 products and offerings
  • Respond to inbound client calls, messages, and emails professionally and promptly
  • Make outbound calls and messages to help clients understand M1’s products and services
  • Proactively identify and solve problems
  • Aggregate client feedback to provide actionable information to M1’s product team

Education

  • FINRA license (SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 or 66)
