We're filling an emerging gap in the market driven by greater consumer understanding that they can be doing more for their health.Job Overview: As our first Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in analyzing data and providing insights to the e-commerce team, product team and healthcare providers. With your strong background in e-commerce analytics, data management, and health analytics, you'll help ensure that our members get the high-quality care and services they need to live better, longer.This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Lifeforce founders and use data strategically to drive growth and shape the future of health optimization.Responsibilities:• Collect, organize, and analyze e-commerce and health data to support decision-making and the delivery of evidence-based care and services• Analyze health data and develop insights to support clinical decision-making and care delivery• Monitor e-commerce analytics, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to the e-commerce team for interventions or modifications• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to develop and implement e-commerce strategies that align with business goals and customer preferences• Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for changes to optimize the customer experience and business outcomes• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in e-commerce and health analytics and apply this knowledge to inform data analysis and business strategies• Help with the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives and best practices• Communicate your findings and recommendations to the e-commerce team, healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholdersRequirements and qualifications:Requirements:• Mastery of e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Shopify Analytics), statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS, SAS), and database languages (e.g., SQL)• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred• 2+ years of experience in analytics, informatics, or related field, with a focus on e-commerce or health analytics• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills and attention to detail
