M9 Solutions is seeking an Interaction Designer to work hybrid remote/on-site on a government contract for a client located in Tysons, VA or Washington, DC .Candidates must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust level clearance. US Citizenship is required. Responsibilities Leverage user research insights and design system guidance to develop and review the projects prototypes to ensure product design requirements are met.Develop the artifacts for the customer journey maps.Closely integrate with and support user research and evaluative testing (usability) for the project.Create improvements tickets based on quantitative and qualitative product insights.Develop and advocate for the user by creating and reviewing prototypes that meet the customer's needs and expectations.Collaborate with the lead designer to ensure deliverables are reviewed and validated.Leverage the methodologies, operations, and best practices in support of the projects.Required Skills and Qualifications Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.Ability to pass a background investigation for a Public Trust level clearance.2+ years of work-related experience is required.*Please note, this position is contingent upon contract award.
