Role Summary:
Mach Industries is seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Vehicle Lead, our long-range decentralized kinetic strike weapon. This role is essential for overseeing the development and execution of the vehicle product, bridging engineering knowledge with program management skills to communicate technical requirements between engineering teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Manage the vehicle program from initial concept through launch, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market needs.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to define and document product requirements, specifications, and timelines.
Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, translating complex engineering specifications into understandable requirements and solutions.
Project Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to gather insights, understand their needs, and ensure the product meets expectations.
Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including product specifications, project updates, and technical presentations for stakeholders. Work towards DoD compliance and certification for the vehicle product.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading aircraft development or technical product management, ideally within the aerospace, defense, or technology sectors.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of engineering principles, systems integration, and product development processes.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead projects to successful completion.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offers may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and training, critical skills, and business considerations.
