Compensation
$21.00/hour with a $1.50/hour shift differential. This position is eligible for an annual bonus, 401K match, and overtime opportunities. This is a good faith estimate for this position only and is pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay will vary and may be above the listed payrate based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
Summary:
Carestream Colorado has an entry level to experienced opportunity at its Windsor manufacturing facility. Must be able to work 40+ hours, Rotating day (7am-7pm) and night (7pm-7am) shifts. If you have the culture and the desire, we will train.
Duties may consist of loading and unloading product trailers, dock duties including cleaning product cores, inventory counts, packaging product for shipment, loading scrap materials into trailers, filling large containers with scrap material, working on a production machine while being in proximity of molten plastic, energized moving equipment, hot surfaces, chemical department making large batches of coatings, monitoring machine processes, computer work, pushing, pulling, carrying product.
Required Skills & Education:
- High school or GED graduate
- Must be able to work 40+ hours, Rotating day (7am-7pm) and night (7pm-7am) shifts. Rotating day and night on a weekly basis.
- Computer basic skills in Microsoft Word / Excel spreadsheets
- Able to push / pull/ carry loads of up to 50 lbs
- Able to work within a team to achieve the highest level of productivity possible
- Must comply with all EHS policies and procedures.
- Other tasks as needed.

- We are looking for energetic, self-motivated people with a positive attitude.
- Experience working within a team environment helpful.
- Willing to learn in a faced paced environment.
Work Environment:
Work Environment: Indoor / outdoor work rain or shine. All personal protective equipment provided. Some work areas require hearing protection, gloves, and bump caps. Most work done on concrete floors, or outside.
