Commercial Collections Specialist

Join our high performing Specialized and Asset Finance division as a Commercial Collections Specialist. This role offers an integral opportunity to deliver an outstanding client experience by utilizing skills in relationship building, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.

What role will you play?

As a Commercial Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a growing commercial equipment finance portfolio. You will provide exceptional support to achieve a balanced outcome for our end-user clients, vendor partners, and the business. Aiming to treat all clients with respect and dignity is of the utmost importance.

You will serve as the primary point of contact to assist clients with billing and account inquiries and perform account reconciliations. You will also work with clients and internal stakeholders to quickly resolve any payment delinquencies. In addition, you will monitor and report adverse trends in the portfolio.

What you offer

  • At least 3 years of commercial equipment finance collections experience.
  • Product knowledge of commercial leasing and credit.
  • Proven relationship and stakeholder management, including professional communication skills.
  • Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques.
  • Process improvement skills.
