We are seeking a hungry, driven Sales Representative to join the MagicPace sales team as we expand our operations across Canada and the US. In this role, you will source, close and manage new clients, understand their needs, and align our solutions to help them achieve their goals.
As a Sales Representative, you will close technical recruiting mandates with high-growth technology startups. You’ll work directly with our founders to craft new sales strategies and build outbound/outreach campaigns to drive new mandates. You will build relationships with founders and convert them into clients. You’ll also create inroads for referrals with other complimentary service providers. This is an entrepreneurial role. You will be expected to build your own pipeline and work autonomously to meet/exceed your quota.
