The Head of Marketing will be focused on building upon our existing community building efforts and brand, launching diverse paid advertising efforts, and optimizing conversion rates from free to paid users within a product-led growth model, all via a data-driven growth mindset.WHO WE ARE:MagicSchool is the premier generative AI platform for teachers. Make an account and try us out athttps://www.magicschool.aiand connect with our passionate community on our wall of love athttps://love.magicschool.ai .Responsibilities:As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving to the following outcomes:Increase website conversions (visits to sign ups) by 10%Equip website with right asset to convert customersImprove sales conversion by 10%Define ICPs, key messagesEquip sales team with right assets to convert customersExpands upon our B2C & B2B usersUse data to make targeted decisionsIncrease awareness and brand affinityWeb traffic increases by 100% and we maintain a NPS of over 50Build brand/community for our target audience via existing efforts & new effortsMaintain strong brand associationDevelop diverse marketing strategies & maintains advertising budgetMarket new product functionality by developing and executing strategies, including crafting key messages, coordinating activities, and identifying target audiencesQualifications/Competencies/Skills:As head of marketing, you will bring the following skills:Proficiency with data & growth marketingSegmentation of user needsExperience in running campaigns, measuring performance, and optimizing spend to accelerate the growth of our community and increase user engagementProficiency in product marketingAbility to message concisely and effectively (writing & messaging value propositions)Proficiency around marketing toolsExperience:3+ years leading marketing team/function in pastExperience In Businesses With B2B & B2C FunctionsLed initiatives for growth marketing, product marketing, and content marketingExperience leading function in EdTechNice to have: Successful startup marketing experience as early marketing hireOur BenefitsWe are proud to offer generous benefits, such as unlimited PTO, 100% employer covered health insurance, a wellness stipend, and vision/dental insurance.Application Notice:Notice: Priority Deadline and Review Start DatePlease note that applications for this position will be accepted until 7/22/24 - applications received after this date will be reviewed on an intermittent basis.
