About the Company: Alpha Imprint is a B2B (business-to-business) promotional items company to other businesses. These items are used by businesses for various marketing and promotional purposes, such as corporate events, trade shows, employee gifts & recognition programs, client gifts, and brand awareness campaigns. We specialize in promotional merchandise, corporate apparel, signage, print from an endless array of over 250,000 branded products to other businesses. We work closely with our clients to understand their sales and marketing objectives and then recommend and source a wide range of promotional products, including items like apparel, drinkware, tech, cell phones accessories and more. These are customized with the client's logo, slogan, or other branding elements.About the Role:Alpha Imprint is looking for an energetic, organized and supportive member to join our team as an B2B Appointment Setter.Responsibilities:• Sales Support: Assist sales team by providing timely and accurate information to customers regarding appointment availability and company information.• Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers via phone, email, and potentially live chat. Build and Develop relationships and use strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues swiftly and effectively on the phone to set appointments for Salespeople.• Feedback Collection: Follow up with Salespeople after completed appointments & resolving issues to ensure their satisfaction, gather feedback regarding their experiences and maintain a positive relationship.• Team Collaboration: Work closely with outside sales, marketing, accounting and shipping to ensure a seamless customer experience. Support the Team with Planning, Implementing and Monitoring Marketing Campaigns.Qualifications:3+ Years experience in marketing, inside sales or customer service. Must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Effective time management skills, ability to multitask, and detail oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Advanced Outlook). Type at least 40 wpm. Strong Organizational and Project Management Skills and Ability to Multitask. Clearly communicate with customers, using professional language and active listening skills to ensure you understand their needs. Ensure no details are overlooked. Understand that customers may have various concerns or frustrations. Approach each interaction with empathy and patience. Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking. Ability to communicate effectively & efficiently with marketing team and others within the company. Positive attitude, self-motivated, creative thinker with willingness to learn. Comfortable working in fast-paced environment with requiring quick project turnaround.
