Today Pronto has over 200 captive locations in Texas and recent expansion into California and Florida market. Maintain general filing for all files

Stamp all mail received, note on shared document, scan into shared drive, and forward the documents to handling adjuster

Review all mail, placed on a shared drive, note on shared drive

Receive and Log Certified Mail and noting on system

Sending out Certified Mail and noting on system

Assist company to build a paperless environment

Mail- out checks to correct address

Responsible for picking up mail at the post office and delivering mail

Responsible for maintaining storage room clean and coordinated

Distribution of mail to appropriate Departments

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma Required

Good driving record Required

Active TX Driver’s License Required

Proof of Insurance Required

Self-starter with good analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent interpersonal skills both oral and written

Digital literacy (Word/ Excel )

Required: High school diploma; no experience required.
