Manager of Business Development
MaintainX, a leading workflow management platform, is looking for a Business Development Manager to build and lead a team of Business Development Representatives. Ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience in tech/SaaS companies.
Skills
- Prior BDR/SDR Leadership Experience in tech/SaaS
- Proven track record in hitting stretch goals
- Experience in team building and collaboration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and develop BDR talent
- Understand and solve customer pain points through MaintainX's value proposition
- Coach and motivate the team to overachieve on targets
- Build development plans for each BDR
- Collaborate with different departments to drive outcomes
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher
