XDR Sales Trainer
MaintainX is a leading mobile-first workflow management platform. They are looking for a Sales Trainer to enhance sales skills and aid in the onboarding of BDRs and SDRs.
Skills
- SaaS experience
- Sales training and coaching
- Salesforce proficiency
- Organizational change management expertise
- Effective writing skills
Responsibilities
- Own the new hire onboarding experience
- Improve ramp time through practice sessions
- Work with existing sales trainers to organize training
- Conduct skills gap analyses
- Listen to recorded/live calls for future coaching
- Assist in producing digital educational material
- Monitor sales objectives and maintain training records
- Participate in performance review sessions
- Report on the impact of training programs
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
