The Maintenance Engineer performs general maintenance duties including, but not limited to, working with small hand tools, painting, Guest-room-repair calls, drain cleaning, plumbing fixture repair (excluding soldering), changing light bulbs, room PM, and repair and replacement of electrical-service outlets and switches (not exceeding 120 volts).
Schedule Availability - Cast Members must be available for any shift and days off including holidays.
Technical Abilities-
Experience with general maintenance and repair including painting and light plumbing and electrical

Experience with hand tools.
Prior experience in the maintenance of hotel guest rooms and public spaces.
The pay rate for this role in California is $27.32 to $34.18 per hour, which follows the pay scale agreed upon in the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
Those assigned to the Maintenance Engineer position are required to attend an annual Hearing Conservation Training class, Respiratory Protection Training class, and Lead Awareness class. They are also required to submit to an annual medical evaluation, fit test, audiometric exam and a semi-annual Lead/Zinc blood test.
SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; Shifts may start as early as 6:00 AM, while some may end as late as 5:00 AM.
