The Maintenance Assistant works on general maintenance projects at our clinical and residential building areas. The Maintenance Assistant performs a variety of maintenance duties, to maintain the facilities in an orderly and safe condition, including basic plumbing, patching and painting, and ongoing maintenance to ensure the upkeep of facilities. Work is full time during the weekdays. Work is performed at the residential and clinic sites and includes outside work in ambient temperatures ranging from 30-100 degrees F +/-2 degrees. The residential site may be a home and/or an apartment complex which may have two stories that is accessible by one flight of stairs.

Work is full time during the weekdays, Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm with some overtime work. Work is performed on site with some travel.
