At PRG Real Estate, we're looking for a Maintenance Technician II for our property in Raleigh, NC that has knowledge in HVAC, electrical and plumbing, to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of all service requests and repairs. As our new Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting systems, completing preventative maintenance, and inspecting vacant units affirming turnovers are complete. Participates in on-call emergency rotation and responds to emergencies as needed. Must have a valid Driver’s License and a High School diploma or 2 years of maintenance/construction experience.
