Maintenance Worker - job 1 of 2

Responsibilities:

• Understand and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Arrive on the job site before crew.
• Install and maintain electrical equipment, mechanical equipment, plumbing equipment., and building systems.
• Understand and adhere to safety regulations.
• Evaluate problems and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
