Role Overview: Associate Director, Business Operations
We’re looking for an Associate Director, Business Operations to lead key strategic initiatives and operational processes across MAKAIO CREATIVE GROUP’s beauty business. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving internal alignment, overseeing change management, and implementing systems that power team performance and project excellence.
You’ll be responsible for building structure, optimizing workflows, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability at every level. The right candidate is a systems thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a solutions-first mindset to every challenge.

Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $125,000 USD
Final compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
