Management and Data Analyst

Overview:

LMI is seeking a skilled Management and Data Analyst. Successful LMI Senior Management Analyst demonstrate competency in data visualization, statistics and curating data for decission making. This positon is currently a hybrid role with a on-site requirement of 1 day/week at the client site in Washington, DC (subject to change).

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may include:

Provide oversight of projects and breaking down Government requirements into tasks.
Develop data-driven performance reporting tools.
Gather information from various sources and assembling the information into a comprehensive work product for leadership decisions.
Work with a variety of diverse and complicated projects and performing under tight time constraints.
Combine multiple fields among multiple datasets and conduct different types of calculations/analyses (e.g., trend analysis, forecasting, descriptive statistics).

Qualifications:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Operations Research, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analysis, Statistics, or a similar field.
At least 5 years of experience with data analytics and creating user-friendly data-driven management-level decision making tools, such as dashboards.
Ability to pass a DHS government background investigation, to which you must be a U.S citizen.
At least 2 years of experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Enterprise Server, and R programming.
2 years of experience working with clients to improve data quality.
1 years of experience with performance measures and efficiency statistics.
1 years of experience presenting data and dashboards to an interdisciplinary audience.
Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to think strategically.

DESIRED SKILLS

Previous DHS experience.
