Management Associate Programme

The Management Associate Programme is a 2-year structured programme designed to help fresh graduates and young professionals build a broad-spectrum of skills through rotation to different facets of university management. Besides structured job rotation, the programme comprises ofon-the-job training and leadership development opportunities and is designed to help our Management Associates gain critical business skills and professional network to embark on a rewarding career with NTU.

Successful candidates will join NTU on a 2-year contract and may be offered an open contract at the end of the programme to join one of our departments. During the programme, the successful candidate may look forward to:

· Developing skills and gaining exposure through 2 postings to a broad spectrum of roles, including departments in NTU’s corporate functions (e.g. Information Technology, Finance, Communications, Student & Academic Services), colleges/schools and research centres.)

· Curated onboarding programme

· Exposure beyond NTU including secondment opportunities to other institutions/ corporate labs and/or study trips of 1-2 weeks for short executive overseas courses

· Leadership development and opportunities

· Regular engagement with senior leaders of NTU

· Opportunities to be mentored by Directors and above

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $4,400.00 - $4,800.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
