The Role

You will be a senior member of the Pricing & Yield Optimization team with dotted-line reporting to the Strategic Accounts team, supporting one of the company’s biggest demand partnerships. You will be tasked with applying analytical rigor to drive high-impact pricing decisions and validate revenue opportunities. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams as well as Senior Leadership. In addition, you will manage one direct report.


What You’ll Do:

  • Synthesize raw data into actionable insights, identify key trends and opportunities, and make concrete recommendations to optimize revenue
  • Create powerful driver-based models to map out various business scenarios for executive decision making
  • Build dynamic reports and dashboards to keep all stakeholders up to date
  • Support the development of external-facing documents that effectively communicate progress and the long-term potential of the partnership
  • Assist in gathering competitive intelligence on the ecommerce landscape
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic analytical function supporting B2B Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships, e.g. FP&A, Pricing, Sales Strategy, Investment Banking, or Consulting
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in a quantitative field, e.g. Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics
  • Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts)
  • Extensive experience building models to stress test assumptions and support decision-making
  • Strong ability to visualize data and form business narratives
  • Self-starter who responds quickly to requests and juggles multiple tasks

A big plus if you also have:

  • Background in Digital Marketing (Affiliate, SEM, Display), Google Ads Certified, or demonstrable knowledge of search advertising or digital advertising in general
  • Experience with SQL and Tableau or other business intelligence tools
  • Experience in high-growth operating environments in the technology industry
  • People-management experience or strong desire to develop others
