Manager, Client Finance
Overview:
Responsible for providing financial management and analysis for Mindshare's client finance group as well as global budget management and support for Mindshare's key clients. Provide financial analysis and reporting in order to inform financial business decisions and ensure all financial aspects of each client are properly managed. Provide finance support to client media teams and monitor client media budgets. Forecast company revenue/billings, review scopes of work, and price staff plans. Serve as the primary day-to-day finance client contact for several global clients. Be the Mindshare point person for all Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements. Work closely with GroupM on instituting and managing monthly and quarterly SOX processes.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
