Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs, provide exceptional service, and ensure client satisfaction. Ultimately serving as the point of contact for clients and maintaining regular communication to foster long-term partnerships.
Product Knowledge and Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our catastrophe modelling solutions, including their features, benefits, and applications. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging risks, and advancements in catastrophe modelling technology to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients. Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights, guidance, and technical expertise to clients and prospects.
Client Service: Work closely with team members to promptly address client inquiries, collaborating with internal teams for efficient resolutions, leading projects in risk analysis and client support, overseeing model and product change management and providing client trainings.
Growth of our company in India and develop a successful career in the field of catastrophe modelling. Following an extended period of training and development, you will be responsible for managing and supporting existing clients, driving relationships with prospects, and promoting our cutting-edge catastrophe modelling solutions.
Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, analyse their needs, and develop customised sales strategies to promote our catastrophe modelling solutions.
Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about the competitive landscape in the catastrophe modelling industry, including competitor products, pricing, and market trends. Conduct regular market analysis to identify new market segments, potential partnerships, and growth opportunities. Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics, client requirements, and areas for innovation or improvement.
Marketing/Promotional Opportunities: The individual would represent Verisk EES in industry events, seminars, conferences, forums, and special interest groups.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and relevant information in the company's CRM system
Travel / Availability
The job holder will be expected to travel as per need to meet with clients and prospective business leads.
