Event creators and attendees need new tools and technologies that empower them to have the most meaningful live experiences. As an Engineering Manager, you will inspire, mentor, and develop the team that builds this global platform.
THE ROLE
As an Engineering Manager of Site Reliability Engineering at Eventbrite, your focus will be around building new features and services to address system reliability concerns. You’ll not only help optimize our existing processes, but will more importantly work closely with our development teams to help build next generation services and build reliability, scalability, and observability into their services. You’ll be responsible for charting both short and long term direction of the team, and help continue driving reliability as a core principle throughout our engineering organization at Eventbrite. You'll support the career growth of our engineers and provide them with opportunities to distinguish themselves as they drive impact throughout our organization.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Eventbrite, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $140,200 to $224,320.
You may also be eligible to participate in Eventbrite’s incentive program(s) (such as equity, annual incentive bonus and commission plans), subject to the applicable rules and restrictions.
