The Field Operations Business Manager is a hands-on individual contributor role that is responsible for supporting the Americas Services Sales organization. You will assist and communicate with senior sales leaders in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. The Field Operations Business will also execute improvements to org structure & performance and find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them, along with coordinating organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Serve as liaison between operations leaders and senior sales management regarding sales member performance, pipeline reporting, and other KPIs
  • Assist Sales SVP in the creation and tracking of quarterly Booking Forecasts
  • Support daily rhythm through collaboration with operations leaders, owning an array of business processes across annual planning/budgeting, monthly management meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Coordinate efforts in the following areas: hiring/recruiting, onboarding discussions and performance management.
  • Build and develop relationships with senior sales leaders for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness to existing operations.
  • Work with the Director of Operations and Sales Leadership on Ad Hoc or special projects
  • Handle inquiries and develop action plans to address them and assist with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
  • Assist Sales SVP/Sales VPs in the creation of QBR templates to help drive management-level discussions.
  • Drive pipeline hygiene/analysis across the sales organization
  • Enable the sales organization on any changes to systems, tools, or processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in operations, finance, or consulting supporting sales executives.
  • Proven problem-solving capability and analytical acumen.
  • Experience or knowledge of CRM systems (ideally SFDC or Infor CRM)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or knowledge of CRM systems (ideally SFDC or Infor CRM)
  • Proficiency in Excel with the ability to execute various excel Formulas such as Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros etc.
  • Experience driving pipeline hygiene/analysis across the sales organization.
  • Sales experience in relevant field
