SALARY: $94,400-$112,100, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
The FMWB Manager is the single point of contact for all FMWB commercial plans and results in their respective Region.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Works closely with Launchpad team and Product Owners to build and cascade Region specific plans to grow the FMWB portfolio of the future.

Recommends and implements FMWB sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitive analyses.

Collaborates with Director of Sales FMWB to deliver Region FMWB Strategy

Owns Regional FMWB Budget Planning

Builds / Shapes sales incentive programs to wholesalers then collaborates with Trade Strategy for Tracking and wholesaler payment.

Monitors sales volume goals for FMWB portfolio in Region

Presents new brands and marketing strategies to wholesalers and as needed, key retailers

Act as direct point of contact for all AB/BB employees in the Region for the Beyond Beer and Incubator FMWB Portfolio.

Informed & Consulted on POCM/Trade Programming/ Tri Ordering window

Supports in regional pricing strategy implementation

Organizes and executes effective Market Blitz’s w/ Brewery Sales force

Leads Proactive Communication / Processes related to product forecasting and Retail programs

Weekly performance monitoring & identifying proactive opportunities to accelerate & close gaps - inclusive of M&A gaps, distribution goals, key launch metrics, performance vs budget & additional items defined by line manager

Routine information sharing with the Launchpad Operations Manager to support in proactive logistics solutions for FMWB brands
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
-
Basic knowledge of retail initiatives (particularly category management and information-based selling)

Advanced computer software proficiency (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, internet)

High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information-based recommendations

Effective communications/presentation, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills
-
Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer product industries

Knowledge of A-B sales and marketing applications (mobility, Siebel, abmarketing.com)

Understanding of A-B wholesaler network/processes and wholesaler equity agreement
-
Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment
