A bit about this role:
We’re looking for a Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will be focused on member marketing, and is a combination of product management and GM brand management, responsible for working cross-functionally to develop and implement new ways to drive member engagement. Responsibilities will include service improvements to our offerings & operations, generating initiatives against data-driven segments of members, and designing impactful programs that build on Devoted’s best-in-class service experience. Devoted’s ultimate product is better health, and this role will be shaping how to better serve and communicate with members to support Devoted’s unique model of care. Key partners will include our in-house medical group, product, data science, engineering, member experience, and creative.
Responsibilities would include:
Identifying and leading specific strategies and initiatives that drive broader organizational goals in service of our mission. For example:
Stand up new communication channels for reaching and engaging members - including product vision, operational requirements, data needs, and measurement
Generate insights on our members and design a segmented engagement strategy
In collaboration with operations teams, develop approaches and execution for marketing campaigns to increase member participation in Devoted’s healthcare service offerings
Analyze engagement opportunities to optimize through A/B testing
Ongoing collaboration with internal teams on strategies, work plans & roadmaps; partner on shared goals & priorities
Communicate frequently with other marketing team members and cross-functional partners and with visibility with senior executive leadership
Who you are & what you possess:
4-8 years of experience, preferably in product management, business/marketing analytics, operations, strategic consulting/ investment banking, or related industry experience.
Ability to lead new initiatives and new program launches ‘end to end’ with a GM mindset that drive towards results
Experience analyzing complex, large-scale data sets, as well as experience gathering requirements across a diverse set of colleagues/users and formulating a strategic, actionable plan that solves for business goals.
Excellent strategic and critical thinking skills with ability to self-generate actionable insights based on data that drive operational impact
Proactive, self-motivated learner who is flexible and willing to adapt approach based on performance and business goals
Excellent communication and organizational skills
History of leading successful initiatives that solve for spoken or unspoken consumer needs
History of working independently or collaboratively in service of a goal
Creative problem solver and can have fun working in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of ambiguity and opportunity
Preferred but not required: SQL, JIRA, Python, interest/experience in healthcare
Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 per year, or based on level of experience
