The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Team has global responsibility for Kroll’s strategy and execution related to company values; employee and corporate giving; environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives; and other community relations.
This role will report directly to the Global Head of Corporate Social Responsibility. In addition, this role will frequently partner with the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management teams, as well as other representatives within People and Communications. This role also requires management of two Senior Associates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility to set programmatic strategy and lead the global Kroll Cares program
- Craft qualitative and quantitative storylines that clearly articulate Kroll Cares program strategies, programs, and successes in relation to financial and social value for all stakeholders
- Support all aspects of the Kroll Cares Portal, including driving global and local campaign ideation and creation, portal maintenance and reporting
- Manage global Kroll Cares Month planning and execution
- Organize and execute on the operations of the Kroll Charitable Foundation, including but not limited to, grant evaluation and due diligence, matching program administration, compliance and regulatory reviews, bank account management and accounts payable oversight
- Develop and strengthen strategic charity partnerships
- Manage and coordinate Kroll’s global Corporate Social Responsibility Champions Network
- Track, monitor, and communicate the impact of donations and volunteerism within the 80+ communities in which Kroll’s offices are located
- Partner with functional teams across the business to respond to client requests focused on CSR
- Support the Global Head of Corporate Social Responsibility in managing Kroll’s City Leadership channel

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Excel command and a rigorous approach to data management and analysis
- PowerPoint command with adept ability to craft presentations for executive audiences
- Comfort with modern technology applications
- Passionate and enthusiastic about ESG and CSR
- In tune with current events which impact the ESG and CSR landscape for professional services firms
- Proactive and flexible self-starter who is confident in ability to work across all levels of an organization
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated curiosity tied to corporate philanthropy and/or other corporate social responsibility efforts
- Experience in analyzing data and developing insights that influence strategy and lead to results
- Strategic thinker with technical skills, analytical ability, sound judgment and operational focus
- Highly organized, detailed approach with capability of managing multiple deadlines and complex projects
- Ability to build and maintain relationships, influence key partners and deliver results in a collaborative environment
- Strong computer skills, including solid skill in the Microsoft Office suite
- Must be able to occasionally travel as needed to complete job duties
- Prior management consulting experience is a plus

The current salary range for this position is $70,000 to $200,000
