Manager in Training (MIT): What Does It Take To Be A Property Manager?
The MIT position is an entry level position. It requires an energetic and driven individual with a passion for working with people, and the desire to take full ownership of a multi-million dollar community. Your primary objective is to develop the skills required for consistently meeting monthly income and expense budgets for your community. From customer service to annual budgets, marketing to maintenance, you will become familiar with all aspects of residential property management.
The successful MIT will accomplish this objective by actively engaging with onsite teams as well as participating in class room training modules geared towards making you the best at what you do.
