Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director, IT Project Management Office, this position is responsible for organizing, assigning and the successful and efficient execution of IT projects. IT projects include, but are not limited to, existing system upgrades, new IT implementations, interfaces and IT projects that support new facilities and organizational growth. Provides facilitation and support of the IT governance process. Continually improves project processes, tools and templates and advances the use of tools, data gathering and reporting for organizational consistency and transparency. Manages and develops the project managers, assigning work, monitoring performance and conducting performance appraisals. Provides project support through effective issue escalation and resolution. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Five years of project management with 3 years of leadership that includes direct staff supervision is required. IT and/or Healthcare based experience is preferred.

Bachelor's degree is required. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Information Management Systems or other IT or Healthcare field is preferred.

History of continual professional development is preferred.

Strong Microsoft office skills and exceptional communication skills is required. MS Project experience is preferred.

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

PMP or other certification/accreditation is preferred.
