BCG’s Office of the Chief of Staff is looking for a Manager/ Senior Manager to support the global strategic programs portfolio. This includes:

Strategic planning of key CoS-driven events (e.g., WWOM and the Climate, Sustainability and Tech Expo, EC/OC meetings)

Strategic ownership and support of CoS-driven initiatives (e.g. BCG’s 60th anniversary, Global meetings model, Future of WWOM)
-
Supporting cross-functional initiatives and the overall portfolio of strategic programs (e.g. EVP, moonshots, BCG Trust and Impact Narrative, etc).
These are inextricably linked: EC/OC is where BCG’s key strategic priorities are shaped, the WWOM and E3 is where they come to life – and those are the same priorities that comprise the Office of the CoS’s strategic portfolio agenda.
The right candidate will have a good attention to detail with an equally good understanding of the big picture, will be empathetic, curious, open-minded, tenacious. The candidate will also have superior technical skills including strong analytical reasoning, compelling communications, strong PowerPoint and design capabilities, and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities across a broad and fast-paced environment.
As a member of the BCG Global Chief of Staff Team, you will be responsible for working with multiple stakeholders including BCG senior leaders. In this role you will work collaboratively across the CoS team:

Work with the Director (Global Strategic Programs & CEO Agenda) to manage the strategic program portfolio in close collaboration with the Global Chief of Staff and the Executive Director in the team

Work directly with the Global Chief of Staff and the Director responsible for our WWOMs on WWOM agenda, communications and content (leading up to and at the WWOM)

Proactively manage key takeaways and action items. Ensure follow ups are actioned and keep a pulse on direction, timing, and reactions/responses

Effectively ‘connect the dots’ across various priorities and initiatives and identify interdependencies between project stakeholders, senior leaders, and working teams
Support and shape key CoS-driven events: communications and engagement, content execution and delivery (e.g. WWOM agenda, E3 Expo)-
Support and shape CoS-driven projects and initiatives: content creation, project execution

Supporting cross-functional initiatives and the overall portfolio of strategic programs incl.:

Dive deep and lean in on specific initiatives and projects as needed

Follow up with teams directly

Flag additional needs/ gaps as they arise to ensure overall momentum
