What You'll Do
In this role, you'll work with the UDP team, to support our goals to provide real-world data at industry-leading scale and clinical depth. Flatiron’s data products rely on our abstraction processes, which pair advanced technology with expert abstractors - nurses and research professionals - to collect complex clinical insights from a network of practices and hospitals where cancer patients receive care. Through our abstraction processes, we are able to transform unstructured data to structured data at scale. The Manager of UDP Operations has primary accountability for the abstraction forecasting and monitoring processes, and also supports the development of workflows to support our large abstraction team. In this role, you will not only be responsible for ensuring the team delivers this abstracted data at scale, but also supporting key cross-functional relationships with a broad range of functions within Flatiron.
