Overview/Purpose :
Reporting into the Senior Operations Manager, we are seeking an enthusiastic Operations Manager to join our dynamic Subscription Box team to ensure that our Allure Beauty Box & GQ Best Stuff Box members are continually surprised and delighted each time they receive their on-time and accurate deliveries. In this role, you will support the day-to-day box operations involving warehouse and order management, inventory planning and fulfillment, and more. You will work closely with the procurement, retention, acquisition, and customer service teams to help bring our subscription boxes to life and ensure smooth daily operations. A successful candidate will be highly organized and analytical as well as collaborative in a fast-paced environment. This individual will also be detail oriented and consistently pushing for innovative best practices and efficiencies.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Rigorously utilize project management tools such as Asana and Google Suite to optimize workflows, maintain timelines, adhere to deadlines, and communicate with all parties.
  • Daily review of orders status to identify subscription and store orders that need attention.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement team to build box versions and planners.
  • Support the marketing team in launching & maintaining member store products including pushing new SKUs live, reconciling inventory levels, & continuously updating to coordinate with campaigns and communications across channels.
  • Complete daily tasks within the tech stack programs including Linnworks, Shopify, & Recharge
  • Ensure order fulfillment is on time and accurate through careful inventory and systems set-up in addition to scrutiny of the Operational Tech Stack.
  • Work closely with customer service to identify, analyze, fix, reduce, and determine the cause of operational issues.
  • Liaise with operational partners to achieve target price and cost savings annually for print, packaging, and postage costs.
  • Support product procurement team to ensure product packaging adheres to requirements.
  • Reconcile inventory between multiple systems (Microsoft NAV, Linnworks, & Shopify).
  • Manage the relationship with our 3PL account manager to ensure products are received on time and as expected; manage all fulfillment projects with the warehouse.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years experience in an operational business environment - subscription business model and/or eCommerce retail experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong problem solver
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets including vlookups, pivot tables, etc. is required
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office - Asana experience a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with tight timelines while also ensuring accuracy of work through attention to detail
  • Team player with a “no job is too small” attitude
Base Salary: $92,000 - $125,000
