We are seeking a Manager, Partnership Development to join our exceptional Partnerships & Alliances team to help guide our overall strategy while strengthening a book of critical partner relationships. This role requires a thoughtful understanding of how to address the needs of all stakeholders (customer, RapidRatings, partner), as well as experience with supply chain. procurement or third-party risk ecosystems, and a strong commercial mindset.


What will you do in the role?

  • Have ownership of go-to-market partnerships and work closely with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Product/Tech, Legal, and Client Success to optimize and grow key partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with key partners, enterprise clients, and internal stakeholders, working closely together to align interests and establish plans that create business value for all parties.
  • Develop a meaningful business review process for key partner relationship, incorporating partnership scorecards and KPIs that allow for mutual transparency
  • Establish a clear perspective on where additional technology and marketing investments from RapidRatings will yield the greatest ROI.
  • Work in a dynamic, newly created role that will provide support and direction around partnership onboarding, API integration and sales enablement strategies.
  • Drive the development of pipeline by aligning with partner sales teams, account mapping, and quarterbacking deals within a robust partner ecosystem that leverages the technology to deliver value to customers and business partners.

What would make you successful? (aka Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree (nice to have)
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, account management or developing partner relationships, preferably with experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Third-Party Risk, or Credit Risk ecosystems.
  • Nuanced understanding of how API capabilities can enhance platform partner relationships, and experience prioritizing and project managing related technology investments.
  • Account mapping using Crossbeam or other partnership software tools.
  • Ability to provide analytical thought leadership for go-to-market partnership plans, marketing activities, delivering actionable insights to establish strategic channel priorities.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills, including experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems to update partner accounts.
  • Demonstrated success and passion to work with sales and account management teams at partners (small, medium and large) to quarterback deals and develop pipeline.
  • Strong communicator and presenter, both written and verbal

  • Salary - $100k - $125k base plus 20% bonus
