About the Role:
The Sales Commission Manager position is a People Manager role that will be responsible for the end to end sales commission admistration process. The role requires a hands on individual with strong leadership skills who is able to work in a fast paced team environment, is self motivated, detail oriented and has strong analytic and problem solving skills.
What You'll Do:
Lead a team of Sales Commission Analysts-work with employees on processes, career development, and best practices.
Manage the commission operations process for 2000+ sales employees in a rapidly growing and dynamic sales organization.
Understand and apply the commission plans and policies consistently and provide expertise, support and training to the Commissions team.
Review, validate and audit monthly reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of commissions crediting and payout results.
Assist the team when necessary in troubleshooting and resolving calculation and/or data errors within Xactly Incent.
Ensure that the response to compensation related inquiries from the Sales Team is managed in an effective and timely manner.
Oversee management of Sales Promotion, bonus and SPIFF payments.
Oversee preparation of key monthly commission reconciliation reports including reporting of monthly commission and sales attainment metrics.
Proactively identify, develop, and implement process improvements, documenting desktop procedures to achieve efficiencies and scalability.
Perform configuration, testing and other support activities related to plan, quota, and policy changes as needed.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field is required.
Deep understanding of sales compensation practices, SaaS based compensation plan structures, procedures and key metrics in a Saas environment.
Minimum of 8-11+ years of progressive experience managing commission processes for a high growth sales team.
3+ Years Xactly Incent experience required. Implementation experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of SalesForce.com.
Understanding of Commission Expense Accounting and exposure to Sarbanes Oxley compliant processes.
Strong desire and ability to coach, develop and mentor employees.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $90,000 - $150,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
