We are searching for a Social Insights Manager to work on our Disney Branded Television series and films. A successful candidate will be responsible for managing social listening and insights to interpret data, translating it into actionable ideas and building reports to support the company’s strategic, brand, and cultural initiatives.
The right person for this role is someone passionate about social media and the insights that can be gleaned from it, someone who is comfortable juggling multiple complex projects at once, and has experience across most of the following key areas: social media monitoring/listening, influencer identification, campaign evaluation and online competitive research.
You will get to work closely with the Directors of Audience and Title Marketing, as well as the broader marketing organization.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $75,200.00 to $103,400.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
