Job Purpose and Impact

The Manager, Social Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility, Global Communications will partner closely with key Communications and Global Impact senior leadership to execute coordinated internal and external communications strategies for social sustainability and corporate responsibility priorities. In this role, you will develop communication plans, build content and support organizational change through effective and high impact communication strategies in alignment with company´s strategic goals. You will provide counsel to the team and key stakeholders and efficiently deliver high quality communications to help drive the implementation of communications priorities that advance Cargill’s position in the areas of farmer livelihoods, human rights, food security and community impact. Key Accountabilities

Develop comprehensive essential communications plans and drive implementation of communications priorities that advance our social sustainability and Corporate Responsibility position for multiple audiences. Partner with Social Sustainability, Corporate Responsibility teams, Global Impact Communications Lead and Communications Leads on communications activations and opportunities identification and develop communications content for global impact channels to reach defined audiences and meet specific program objectives as part of a critical communications plan. Provide essential communications counsel to mid-level leaders and drive alignment on key positions, narrative and the development of assets to promote Cargill’s position on food security, community impact, farmer livelihoods and human rights. Lead all aspects of plan execution and assign work to senior specialists, specialists, coordinators or agency partners, including maintaining key messages, assets, channels up to date on all things social sustainability and corporate responsibility.
Analyze and recommend actions as a result of measurement findings and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in Communications, Business or A related field
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Minimum of four years of related work experience Preferred Qualifications Advanced project management skills Experience working in a global company Experienced storyteller Proficiency with internal and external communications channels to reach various audiences Demonstrate critical-thinking and understanding or urgent priorities
