We are seeking an energetic and motivated Production/Studio Manager to lead our internal Video/CGI/Photography Production team. The Production Manager would be responsible for seeing photo/video/ motion and CGI / animation projects through from concept development to post-production & delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the media production process, team workload, and budget management of internal & external resources. Prioritize assigned projects. - Develop and produce/direct video projects. Set up in-house and on-location video shoots including lighting, shot composition, and audio.
- Daily coordination with designers, videographers, CGI team and photographer to ensure delivery of assets for launches are met.
- Scheduling or sourcing recording talent while collaborating with other technical and creative staff to deliver timely assets for digital needs including social, educational, brand building media across Nestlé Health Science Marketing.
- Manage and oversee video pre-production planning and on-site production activities for video clients. Deliver high quality product on time and within budget. Anticipate and respond to needs and requests from clients. Supervise additional staff during video, CGI and Photography production.
- Collaborate and direct Video Production specialists in all aspects of the video production process, including planning, creating, processing, uploading, editing, and managing video for a wide variety of distribution channels.
- Oversee video and digital collection to ensure all media is archived appropriately and can be readily obtained. Digital Asset Management (DAM) conversion – bringing all digital assets from multiple brands into one centralized DAM. Spearhead the naming conventions and coordination with multiple teams to create one center of truth.
- Deliver high quality product on time and within budget
- Anticipate and respond to needs and requests from clients
- Supervise additional staff during video production, CGI renders and photo capture
- Identify best practices and evolve daily operations as necessary within the Production Studio
- Produce engaging social media content and campaigns, including stills, graphics and short-form social video for platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Bring unique and trending ideas to the table, with a focus on priority platforms, including Instagram and TikTok
- Work closely with the social media and creative teams to evaluate and execute content strategies for the brand
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience (must include experience in a video production environment + CGI knowledge and photography capture / production)
- Knowledge of shooting and editing videos
- Demonstrated skill with video editing software platforms, specifically proficiency with
- Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro X
- Extensive knowledge of video production equipment, Mac CGI software and proper equipment for rendering
- Experience with live streaming a plus
- Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience posting professionally on social media platforms
- Social photography and videography experience
- Knowledge of design programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Canva
- Editing/production experience on Adobe Premiere will be considered a plus
- Must be able to provide work samples or portfolio

The approximate pay range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
